Doug sits down and chats with Chuck Allard of Egan Maritime Institute and the Shipwreck and Lifesaving Museum to discuss their new Caldwell Heritage Award. Chuck talks about the museum's founder Robert Cary Caldwell's legacy and the formation of the new award. They are looking for nominations for this award currently.
